The Forest Pines Apartment Complex in Bryan, Texas, blends modern elegance with natural beauty. Odd Byrd Creative was responsible for selecting both the interior and exterior details of this expansive community, from the apartment units to the clubhouse and beyond. The project encompassed a full range of design choices, including custom lighting, cabinetry, flooring, paint colors, and unique decorative elements.

Inside the apartment models and common spaces, Odd Byrd Creative focused on creating harmonious, comfortable environments. For the apartments, we selected thoughtful furniture arrangements and bespoke furnishings to reflect a modern yet cozy lifestyle. In the clubhouse, we curated every detail—combining sleek, sophisticated furniture with warm, inviting colors and textures, from rich jewel-toned fabrics to unique wallpaper designs.

Additionally, we were responsible for staging the clubhouse, gym, pool, and apartment models, ensuring each space highlighted the property’s high-end amenities and the thoughtful design behind it.

The exterior of the Forest Pines complex was equally as intentional, with meticulous selections made for landscaping, outdoor areas, and architectural details, ensuring that the complex’s curb appeal matched the elegance of its interiors.
