Odd Byrd Creative was proud to bring its signature style and design expertise to the Aspire at Live Oaks Apartments, a vibrant multifamily community located just outside of San Antonio in Live Oak, Texas. With over 300 apartment units and an impressive array of amenities, our team was responsible for the full spectrum of design selections for this garden-style development—including the exteriors, apartment interiors, and all common spaces.

The expansive clubhouse includes a vaulted ceiling clubroom layered with rich materials and expressive furnishings, and is connected to a dramatic game room featuring custom pool table, curated art, and bold color accents. The kitchen and dining areas balance statement lighting, luxe textures, and geometric patterns to create a welcoming environment with a touch of edge. The 24-hour fitness center boasts Shaw's “Transform Color” carpet tile in Radiant Nature—a playful, organic pattern that grounds the space while complementing the sleek modern gym equipment.

The pool area is a standout feature, offering a resort-style experience with a double-tiered design, lapis-hued sling lounge chairs, and vibrant coral accents. Additional amenities include an internet café with a coffee bar, EV charging stations, and a pet play area—each space intentionally designed with function and personality.

Model units reflect the same level of thoughtful design, showcasing a layered mix of textiles, vintage and modern furniture, and original artwork, every element was selected to elevate the resident experience.

At Aspire at Live Oaks, Odd Byrd Creative created spaces that are not only visually compelling but also inviting, memorable, and deeply rooted in a sense of place.
