In the apartment units, Odd Byrd Creative chose a harmonious palette of neutral tones complemented by bold accent colors to create inviting spaces. The clubhouse features striking design elements like high coffered ceilings with contrasting red tones, contemporary seating arrangements, and unique statement pieces such as the Ferrari Arno XI Hydroplane Model Speed Boat on the coffee table.
